- Children’s Advocacy Day at the Capitol – join us in Frankfort in February 2009 to raise your voice for Kentucky’s children! Get prepared for the day by attending an advocacy training in November.
- Commission on High Price of Being Poor in Kentucky – In response to the findings in our June 2007 report, KYA is assembling a bipartisan group of political, business, and community leaders that will work on ways to implement the report’s recommendations. The first meeting was held on September 12, 2007. For more information contact Tracy Goff-Herman.
- Child Advocacy Fellowship – intensive training, assignments and networking for those who are serious about becoming child advocates.
- Advocacy Toolkit – learn how to make a difference in the lives of all of Kentucky’s children by influencing the legislature, the administration, and the media.
- Speaker’s Bureau – KYA staff members have extensive experience in many areas and frequently conduct workshops, seminars, keynote presentations, training, interviews, classroom talks, and panel discussions.
