Kentucky Youth Advocates works to change public policy on the state and federal levels by monitoring policy and regulation changes; taking action by lobbying and coalition building; conducting and disseminating quality research; and using the media to educate the public about issues.
How to be an advocate: Learn how to make a difference in the lives of all of Kentucky’s children by influencing the legislature, the administration, and the media.
Children’s Advocacy Day at the Capitol: Children’s Advocacy Day at the Capitol provides an opportunity for those interested in children’s issues to gather and show our legislators that Kentucky cares about its children.
