Child Advocacy Fellowship

The Children’s Advocacy Fellowship is a unique opportunity for citizens who are interested in children’s issues to affect positive change at the state and local levels.  The fellows become a base of trained, community level child advocates.  They focus their attention on the state level policy issues as they relate to children’s services.  Through a series of trainings and assignments, the fellows learn advocacy skills, pertinent facts, and meet people who help shape children’s health policy in the state of Kentucky.  By completing advocacy activites over the course of the program, the fellows begin to learn how to integrate advocacy into their work and professional lives.
