a broad-based collaborative effort dedicated to promoting economic self-sufficiency for low-income families in four regions of the state.
- Mountain Association for Community Economic Development -
serves Kentucky and Central Appalachia, with a focus on the 51 Appalachian counties of Kentucky. MACED
partners with local people to build upon the strengths of the region and assist businesses that grow local economies and create opportunities for low-income people.

- Center for Responsible Lending - a nonprofit, nonpartisan research and policy organization dedicated to protecting homeownership and family wealth by working to eliminate abusive financial practices.
