We are collecting the real stories of Kentuckians affected by state budget cuts and/or changes to state programs and services. We encourage you to share your stories.

If you have a personal story to share about how budget cuts and program changes have affected your life, your work, your organization, or your community, please complete the form below. Your story will put a human face on the cuts and changes, helping the media, researchers, nonprofits, and other groups understand their consequences.
