 Oldham First, Owsley Last for Children in KIDS COUNT Rankings

 

            (December 22, 2000 Frankfort and Louisville, KY):  Oldham County provides the best conditions for children in Kentucky while Owsley provides the worst, according to the 2000 Kentucky KIDS COUNT County Data Book released today.
